TBE has been doing business across Washington & Oregon since 1992 in all facets of civil, underground, and earthwork construction.
Our clients range from public works, departments of transportation, developers to private home owners. TBE offers a wide array of services from emergency contracts, underground utilities, right-of-way clearing, slide repairs, highways, snow removal, and bridges/culverts.
Over the past decade we have seen an explosion of development and contracting opportunities that have made us one of the area’s most successful contractors, but even during these tougher times that we are currently seeing when most of the local area contractors are struggling to find work and keep there doors open, we continue to see our company expend with great success.

As well as training and certification classes, TBE also enforces a stringent drug and alcohol program and testing frequency. (A Copy of our drug testing program is available at Bonneville Power Administrations request). This program requires a drug and alcohol free work place to maintain a safe and responsible work site. Any employees in violation of this program are removed immediately from the project site and placed on leave.
